For manufacturing & process plants

Compliance for the electricians who keep the plant running.

TCS gives operations and EHS leaders one dashboard for every in-house electrician's credentials, NFPA 70E arc-flash currency, and multi-site qualifications. Built by a multi-state master electrician.

What goes wrong without TCS

Every multi-state crew runs into these. A spreadsheet only papers over them; it doesn’t solve them.

  • Multi-plant, multi-state, multi-credential

Plant electricians in different states need different credentials. A spreadsheet keeps it sort-of working until you open a new plant — then HR loses three weeks reconciling who can work where.

  • NFPA 70E arc-flash training expires every 3 years

Every electrical worker needs current NFPA 70E training before going near energized equipment. One missed renewal pulls a worker off the floor and stalls maintenance windows.

  • OSHA recordkeeping has 5-year minimums

Training records — including electrical safety — must be retained for OSHA recordkeeping. TCS retains everything 5+ years by default. Your spreadsheet does not.

  • Maintenance windows can't slip on credentials

Annual maintenance shutdowns are scheduled months in advance. A late-discovered credential gap means contractor crews instead of in-house — at 3x the cost. TCS surfaces gaps 90 days early.

  • Insurance and audit demand evidence

Property insurers and corporate audit teams ask for documented qualifications and arc-flash training. TCS produces an audit-defensible packet on demand, source-stamped per facility.

How TCS solves it

Four capabilities, one dashboard.

TCS sells electrical-code education and safety training first — NFPA 70E, NEC CEU packages, journeyman + master prep. The enterprise dashboard is what keeps your workforce’s licenses, training records, and reciprocity activations current across every state you operate in.

1

Employee dashboard

Every license, every employee, every state, in one place. Search by name, state, license type, or expiration window. Drill into any record for the full audit history.

2

Upcoming renewals

Automated reminders 90 / 60 / 30 / 14 days before expiration. Bulk-assign CEU courses for employees who need credit. Renewal packets pre-filled from each state board's published forms.

3

Reciprocity engine

TCS finds every state that accepts your existing employees' credentials — full reciprocity, exam equivalence, NASCLA route, or endorsement. We file the activation paperwork on your behalf.

4

Audit-trail reporting

Per-state compliance packets ready on demand. Every certificate, completion record, and filing receipt kept for at least five years.

Pricing

One electrician, or the whole crew.

Solo is for one electrician. For a crew of two or more, tell TCS about your crew and TCS emails back a plan and a price. Founding-customer pricing stays locked for as long as you stay a member.

Solo

$19/ mo

One electrician. Or $190 a year — save 17%.

Where it shows up in your day

  • A 6-plant food processing operation across 4 states. TCS keeps every plant's electricians' credentials current and surfaces the 12 expiring before next quarter's annual outage.
  • Pharmaceutical fab opens a new facility in Utah. TCS imports the existing electrician roster, surfaces who needs Utah-specific endorsements, and starts the paperwork.
  • EHS director gets a corporate audit notice. The audit packet comes straight off the dashboard — every plant, every electrician, every NFPA 70E completion record, marked with its source.
  • Maintenance window scheduled 90 days out. TCS surfaces 4 plant electricians whose credentials lapse before the outage; assign NFPA 70E and state CE; renewals done before the outage.
  • Insurance underwriter requests documented arc-flash training currency. Compliance team exports the packet directly — no scramble, no email-archive archaeology.

Frequently asked questions

Does TCS handle NFPA 70E arc-flash training?+

Yes. The TCS NFPA 70E Electrical Safety course is built straight from the published NFPA 70E-2024 standard, current to the letter. Covers all five approach boundaries, the eight-step energized-work permit process, and the 2024-cycle changes. Real PDF certificate with 3-year renewal cycle. Completions auto-reconcile to each electrician's record.

Can we map credentials to specific plants or sites?+

Yes. On a Companies plan the dashboard handles a site / facility hierarchy of any depth. Filter by plant, by state, by credential type, by expiration window. Automatic employee sync from your HR system available for plant-by-plant mapping on the Companies plan.

How is this different from BambooHR or Rippling for electricians?+

BambooHR and Rippling are HR systems — they track headcount, payroll, and time off. They don't know that a Texas master electrician license renews a year from the day it was issued, or that a Colorado contractor license depends on the master electrician who qualifies it. TCS is built around those state-board details, by a multi-state master electrician. TCS connects to your HR system instead of replacing it.

What if my employees work in states TCS hasn't covered yet?+

TCS tracks licenses and reciprocity in all 50 states and D.C. State continuing-education courses are available now in Texas, Florida, and Washington, and more states open as each state board approves them. License tracking, renewal emails, and records work in every state from day one. Company CE purchases cover whichever states each course is approved in.

Can I bulk-purchase CEU courses for multiple employees?+

Yes. From the company CE page in your dashboard, assign any TCS course to a list of employees in one step, and TCS books the credit to each employee's record when they complete it. Tell TCS how many seats you need and TCS emails back a price.

What's your data retention policy?+

Every certificate, completion record, training packet, and state-board filing receipt is kept for at least five years.

Do you connect to our HR system?+

Yes — TCS connects to ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, Rippling, and Workday on a Companies plan. New employees get a TCS record automatically; departures are switched off. If your HR system isn't on the list, tell TCS in the form below.

What happens at end of subscription?+

Your data exports cleanly — every license record, every completion certificate, every audit packet, in CSV + PDF, owned by you. We retain the minimum required for compliance reasons (5-year audit-trail), but no new updates or reminders fire after cancellation. You can resume anytime with full history intact.
