Refund policy

We want every TCS customer to be glad they bought. If a course isn't what you expected, or you bought the wrong product, tell us — we'll make it right.
One-time courses
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet earned the certificate of completion. Once a certificate has been issued, the course is considered delivered.
Examples: NFPA 70E Essentials, future NEC Journeyman / Master prep courses, future state-CEU courses.
Practice-test access
Pro-rated refund within 48 hours of purchase. After 48 hours, or if you've completed five or more practice tests, the purchase is considered consumed and is non-refundable.
Examples: NFPA 70 Journeyman Prep — 3 / 30 / 60 / 90-day access tiers.
Subscriptions (when launched)
Cancel anytime from your account. Your access continues to the end of the paid period. We do not pro-rate the current period on cancellation, but we also won't auto-renew without clear, advance notice email at least 7 days before the renewal date.
Wrong product, technical fault, or content error
If you bought the wrong product (e.g. wrong state CEU package), if a technical fault prevented you from completing the course, or if you found a content error, email us. We will refund or swap the product regardless of the windows above.
How to request a refund
Email support@tradecodesolutions.com with the email address you used at checkout and the Stripe receipt number. We refund through the original payment method within 5 business days.
