Florida is a NASCLA Commercial AND Electrical accepting state. FL Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) administers GC under Fla. Stat. Ch 489 Part I. FL Electrical Contractors' Licensing Board (ECLB) administers electrical under Fla. Stat. Ch 489 Part II. NASCLA acceptance is for SOME categories (not all); FL also requires FL Business and Finance + FL Contract Administration + Project Management exams in addition. NEC currently tested cycle: NEC 2020 (FBC 2023 references NEC 2020). NO state income tax.
